EASTON, Md.— Easton police arrested a Cordova man Friday for DUI and related charges after stopping him for a registration violation.
According to authorities, evidence indicated the driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Police said they conducted roadside sobriety tests and arrested 51-year-old Kevin B. Rector on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, and driving with suspended registration plates.
Rector was ordered held in the Talbot County Detention Center on $5,000 bond pending a trial.
