The Delaware Department of Transportation plans to close Leipsic and Persimmon Tree roads near the Dover International Speedway at 1 p.m. Friday, and at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The roads will be reopened at the end of the day's events.
Officials say motorists should use caution while crossing the bridge over Route 1 because a temporary traffic plan will be in place throughout the weekend.
The festival will feature top acts including The Killers, Jack White, the Black Keys, John Legend, Death Cab for Cutie and others.
