CAMDEN, Del.— The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is seeking a Camden man wanted for failing to re-register as a sex offender at his current address.
Police said investigators obtained warrants for the arrest of Tier I (low-risk) sex offender 38-year-old Samuel G. Mosley, after he failed to re-register at his address and failed to notify S.O.A.R. of his status within three days as required by law.
Police described Mosley as 5-foot-6, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know Mosley's location to call 911 or (302) 739-5882. Citizens may also provide a tip by texting keyword "DSP" plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters may also provide information through lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333. Callers can also submit information online at www.tipsubmit.com.
