Milford Man Arrested for Burglary, Theft in Wal-Mart Parking Lot

MILFORD, Del.— Milford police say officers have arrested a man wanted in connection with an alleged theft that reportedly occurred in a Wal-Mart parking lot on June 14.

Investigators said 19-year-old Matthew B. Adams of Milford went to Wal-Mart with some other people and tried to enter numerous vehicles in the store's parking lot. According to police, Adams entered a vehicle and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the vehicle.

The suspect was charged with third-degree burglary and theft under $1,500. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bond.
