Suspected Peeping Tom Arrested in Easton

EASTON, Md.— Easton police say officers arrested an elderly man Thursday night after a woman claimed she saw him peering at her through a window while she was doing laundry.

According to police, officer responded to Mulberry Hill when the incident was reported by a 53-year-old Easton woman who had an active peace order against 81-year-old Donald H. Kilmon, which prohibited him from harassing her.

Kilmon was charged with violating a peace order, harassment, and trespassing: peeping tom. He was released on personal recognizance.
