MILFORD, Del.— Milford police on Wednesday arrested two teenagers accused of assaulting a man at the Silver Lake Apartment Complex more than a month ago.

Investigators said 19-year-old Gary A. Rudy of Pennsylvania and a 16-year-old boy physically assaulted a 20-year-old man on June 6, and repeatedly punched and kicked the victim.

Rudy was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree conspiracy. He was arraigned and released on $1,000 unsecured bond. The juvenile was also arrested and charged.

Authorities said the victim was transported to Milford Bayhealth Hospital where he was treated for a head injury and later released.
