Police in Delaware Seek Fraud Suspect

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Delaware State Police and the Selbyville Police Department are asking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect who is alleged to have used false information to obtain cash at two separate banks.
 
Police said that on Monday, July 2, the female suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach and presented a fake Florida identification and cashed a check for an undisclosed amount of cash. Authorities said that when the suspect attempted to obtain a debit card under the name on the ID, the teller became suspicious and the suspect fled the bank. 

Investigators said that the next day, the same suspect entered the PNC Bank on Church Street in Selbyville and presented a Maryland license and bank card. Police said she then withdrew an undisclosed amount of cash before departing the bank.

The suspect is described as black, 5-foot-5 and between 130 and 160 pounds.
