ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP)- Police say a man is facing disorderly conduct and other charges for acting like he had a gun in an Annapolis movie theater.

Police say 25-year-old Kyle Nolan Turner was charged for the incident Wednesday afternoon at the Bow Tie Cinemas during a filming of "Madagascar 3."

Police say witnesses told them Turner walked into the theater, sat in the front row and began yelling expletives at the screen and patrons.

Police say Turner left the theater twice. He then came back and started pointing at people in the audience and acting as if he had a gun. Police say people fled the theater.

Turner was arrested a short time later. Police say he has been charged with disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and second-degree assault.
