








POWELL, Ohio -- University of Delaware women's golfers Andrea Slane and
Amanda Terzian finished in 34th place at the three-day Pure Silk Women's
Collegiate Team Championship held this week at Wedgewood Golf & Country
Club.
The competition opened on Tuesday with an alternate shot format, when
Slane and Terzian combined to shoot a 12 over par 84 that tied them for
33rd place. The duo carded a five over par 41 during the front nine and
a seven over par on the back nine during their opening round of the
tournament.
Wednesday's action featured a best ball format, as Slane and Terzian
combined to card a one over par 73. The tournament then concluded on
Thursday when the pair competed in the two player competition. Slane
tied for 61st place with an eight over par 39-41-80 during her round,
while Terzian tied for 76th place with a 12 over par 42-42-84.
For the tournament Slane and Terzian finished with a 83-73-164-321
score, placing 34th out of 54 squads.
