DELMAR, Md.– Four arrests have been made in connection with an armed robbery alleged to have occurred on Chestnut Street in Delmar.

Delmar police said officers responded to the area of Chester Street on Monday night where they made contact with the 35-year-old victim. The victim said he was robbed by two white males brandishing handguns, according to police. Authorities said the suspects took the victim's wallet and cash.

Authorities identified the two male suspects as 22-year-old Branden Waltemeyer and 20-year-old Robert Waltemeyer, both of Delmar. Officers also arrested two suspects identified as Christina Frey, 21, and Jessica Waltemeyer, 18, both of Delmar.

According to the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation, which took over the case, a search warrant was executed at the home of one of the suspects, and the victim's stolen property was recovered.

All four suspects were charged with first-degree assault and armed robbery, then released to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
