GREENWOOD, Del.- Nearly all power has now been restored to Delaware Electric Cooperative members, the utility said shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday.

At around 2 p.m., severe storms damaged a transmission line in eastern Sussex County, which left 5,600 members in the dark.
