








REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Rehoboth Beach police say a Tennessee man has been charged with DUI after an alleged hit & run.
Twenty-eight-year-old Warren Allen III of Nashville was also charged with resisting arrest with force and numerous other offenses. He was released on $5,900 secured bond.
Police said that on Sunday, Allen was involved in a hit & run accident near First Street and Maryland Avenue. Officers said that once he was found, Allen became combative, kicking officers and emergency service personnel.
