Recipe from Chelle Holloman
1 whole chicken
1/2 cup of hot sauce
2 eggs
1 bowl of flour
2 tbsp of Mrs. Dash (regular)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups of milk
Soak the chicken in cold water. Then place the milk, the beat eggs, and flour mix in separate bowls. Then mix eggs and hot sauce. Next mix your flour and seasonings. Now line your bowls up in front a skillet that is at least half way full with vegetable oil. (Note: the oil is ready when you can drop flour in it and it bubbles.) Put the chicken on a plate then start the dipping process. First dip your chicken in the egg mix, then in the flour mix, and then in the milk. Now put the chicken in the skillet and flip after about 8 minutes of cooking. Now continue to cook for a little longer so that the breast is cooked on both sides until golden brown. Note: the hot sauce does not make the chicken hot it just gives it flavor. Enjoy!
