








SPOTSVYLVANIA, Va. (AP)- A Spotsylvania man has been convicted in a drunken driving case for the 12th time.
Forty-four-year-old David Maron Apraham pleaded guilty Tuesday in Spotsylvania Circuit Court to felony driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and refusing to take a breath test.
In exchange, prosecutors dropped a felony charge of eluding police.
Apraham faces up to seven years in prison. Sentencing is set for Nov. 6.
Court records show Apraham has six previous DUI convictions in Mississippi and three in Alabama, starting in 1990. His other Virginia convictions were in Williamsburg in 2008 and Colonial Heights in February 2012.
