2 Arrested in Del. After Packaged Heroin is Found - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested two men after officers allegedly found heroin on them.

Troopers say the two were engaged in drug dealing in Wilmington about 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Police searched one while the other allegedly resisted arrest and tried to run away.

Police say both men were found with numerous packages of heroin.

Twenty-year-old Jaleil Benson of Newark and 21-year-old Andre Laws of Wilmington were arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and other offenses. Both are being held on bond.
