Man Arrested for Easton Wal-Mart Theft

EASTON, Md.- Easton police have arrested a man for stealing clothing from Wal-Mart.  

Authorities said Wal-Mart's Loss Prevention Officer observed Deace Lewis, 26, of Hyattsville, Md., walking out ofthe store with two bags of clothing that had not been purchased. 

According to police, Lewis ran when he was confronted by the store's loss prevention officer. .

Police said that Lewis was found hiding among bushes on Elliot Road. He was taken into custody and charged with theft under $1,000 and disorderly conduct.
