Auditions for O.C. Movie Produce Big Turnout

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Auditions for the "Ping Pong Summer" movie were held in Ocean City on Friday. People lined up from 4-9 p.m. to audition for parts in the movie.

Many lined up in the hallway of the Holiday Inn Oceanfront in excitement. Jenn Hardester of Berlin said, "I think it's awesome that they're shooting a movie right here in Ocean City...the plot is in the 80's. That's awesome. I wish I could have grown up in the 80s."

The film is set to begin filming this month and next.  A producer for the movie says they will need plenty of extras because they are shooting the film to make it appear to be a summer in Ocean City.
