Delaware Primary Election Set for Tuesday

DOVER, Del.- Delaware voters will be heading to the polls Tuesday for the primary elections.

Among the key races to keep an eye out for include the U.S. Senate. Democratic Sen. Tom Carper will face Kevin Spanarelli. The winner faces Republican Kevin Wade and Dewey Beach businessman Alex Pires in November.

Additionally, former state representative Tom Kovach faces fellow Republican Rose Izzo for the representative in Congress.

Polls open from at 7 a.m. Tuesday and close at 8 p.m.
