Milford Police Seek High-Risk Sex Offender

MILFORD, Del.- The Milford Police Department Criminal Division is looking for a Milford man wanted for failure to re-register as a sex offender.

Police are seeking 55-year-old Dean T. Bryan, a tier III (high-risk) sex offender.

Authorities said Bryan is described as white, 5-foot-10, between 125 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Milford, Lincoln and Georgetown areas.

According to the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry, Bryan was convicted of sexual misconduct in 1978 and first-degree unlawful sexual contact in 1988.
