Del. Residents Can Still Register to Vote - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware residents, even those who did not vote in the primary this month, can still register to vote in November's general election.

Election Commissioner Elaine Manlove said that most residents register at the Department of Motor Vehicles when they renew their driver's licenses.

The deadline to register is Oct. 13. Manlove said on that day in New Castle County, registration will be available at county libraries.
