Uverclain Dominguez-EspinozaMILFORD, Del.- Police have arrested a 44-year-old Milford man accused of soliciting sex from a 13-year-old girl.
Milford police said Uverclain Dominguez-Espinoza was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 15, in connection with sexual incidents that allegedly occurred at a home on the 100 block of Lovers Lane between Feb. 1 and April 22.
Detectives said they discovered that Dominguez had sexually assaulted the 13-year-old victim and tried to convince her to perform additional sexual acts.
Dominguez was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual solicitation of a child under the age of 18, second-degree unlawful sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dominguez was ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $20,000 secured bond.
