








DOVER, Del. (AP)- Delaware is welcoming more than 40 new police professionals into its ranks.
A recruit class graduated 30 new Delaware State Troopers on Friday in a ceremony at Delaware State University. Thirteen recruits also graduated to serve as municipal officers.
The new municipal officers will serve in departments from Bethany Beach, Dover, Elsmere, Laurel, Milford, Millsboro, Newark, Ocean View and the University of Delaware.
One officer who graduated will serve for the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
