Man Killed in Wicomico County Crash

PARSONSBURG, Md.- Maryland State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that left a Berlin man dead early Saturday morning.

According to police, troopers were dispatched to the crash site at 5:16 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Mount Hermon Road and Laws Road in Parsonsburg. Based on an initial investigation, police determined the vehicle, a 2007 Nissan Frontier pick-up truck, was traveling eastbound on Mount Hermon Road when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Police said the driver of the vehicle, Cody Arron Tobias of Berlin, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
