Motorcyclist Arrested After Fleeing From Harrington Police

HARRINGTON, Del.- Harrington police arrested a motorcyclist on a variety of charges Saturday following a police chase.

According to reports, on Saturday, Sept. 22, officers tried to stop 44-year-old Orville A. Mosley Jr. of Cheswold after he was observed passing between cars on the centerline of US 13.

Police said Mosley accelerated away in an attempt to evade officers, but was taken into custody after dropping his bike on Skinner Lane south of Felton.

Mosley was charged with resisting arrest, 10 driver's license and registration violations and 12 moving violations. He was released pending future court appearances.
