Harrington Police Arrest 2 for Drugs

HARRINGTON, Del.- Harrington police say it was two cars parked "suspiciously" on Clukey Drive Friday that led officers to make drugs arrests on two men.

Police said Brian Wooters of Felton and Stanley Castillio of Seaford, both 22, were found in one of those cars with 20 bags of heroin and an 8 mg suboxone strip.

The two men were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Wooters was additionally charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance Tier 4 quantity, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance with an aggravating factor and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $9,000 secured bond. Castillio was released on $10,000 bond.
