EASTON, Md.- Easton police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck who collided with a bicyclist, stopped, and then fled the scene Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, shortly after 1 p.m. a Dodge Dakota operated by an unknown man was traveling southbound on South Washington Street and turning left onto Brookletts Avenue. Authorities said that is when the pickup turned in front of 40-year-old Jennifer P. Bridges of Easton as she was riding her bicycle northbound on South Washington Street.
Investigators said that after the collision, the driver of the pickup stopped but refused to give any information and left the scene.
Bridges walked to Easton Memorial Hospital for treatment, police said.
