Seaford Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

SEAFORD, Del.- The Delaware Attorney General's Office says a Seaford man is behind bars following accusations that he distributed child pornography over the Internet.

Wayne E. Krumm, 41, of the 25000 block of South Parkway Road, was charged last week with seven counts of dealing in child pornography.

Krumm's arrest stemmed from an in undercover investigation conducted by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force, which obtained a a search warrant for his home on Sept. 27. 

Detectives seized a laptop computer and other digital evidence, and they said an initial forensic preview revealed multiple videos of child pornography. 

Krumm, an occupant of the home, was detained by police and taken to Delaware State Police Troop 5 for questioning. Authorities said that based on the evidence secured during the investigation, Krumm was arrested on the aforementioned charges and ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $175,000 secured bail.
