CAMDEN-WYOMING, Del.- Delaware State Police are asking the public's assistance in identifying two people accused of stealing a purse from a car in Camden-Wyoming and then allegedly using credit cards found inside the bag to make purchases.
Troopers said that sometime between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Thursday Sept. 13, a man and woman removed a purse from a car located in the unit block of Chanticleer Circle. According to police, the suspects then began using the credit cards later that day at local gas stations to purchase gas and then at the Wal-Mart in Camden to make miscellaneous purchases.
The suspects are described as a white female wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans and a white male wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. They are possibly operating a black Ford pickup truck, investigators said.
