WEST OCEAN CITY, Md-On October 4, members of the Worcester County Criminal Enforcement Team issued a search and seizure warrant at the Rambler Motel on Elm Street in West Ocean City related to a heroin distribution investigation.
Police said they found 164 Individually wrapped bags of heroin, 25 tablets of Alprazolam (xanax), 3 grams of marijuana, various items of paraphernalia and about $700 cash.
Police charged 25-year-old Jake L. Docca, and 25-year-old Frank Wray King, both of Berlin, with possession of marijuana, heroin, possession of Alprazolam, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
