Man Sentenced in Bar Owner's Death - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

SNOW HILL, Md.- A man convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a West Ocean City bar owner has been sentenced to a year in jail.
 
Cyle Walker, 27, of West Ocean City was sentenced Friday in Worcester County Circuit Court.
 
Walker was convicted in July in the death of 63-year-old Carey Flynn, the owner of 707 Sports Bar & Grille. Walker and Flynn scuffled on Oct. 6, 2011 after Flynn found Walker urinating outside the bar. The two fell, and Flynn died later at a hospital.

Autopsy results indicated Flynn died from a tear in scar tissue and internal bleeding.
