LAUREL, Del.- The Delaware Supreme Court has suspended attorney Patrick Vanderslice from practicing law for at least one year.
The suspension comes after a September 2011 investigation in which Vanderslice admitted to stealing $1,780 from his law firm. Vanderslice later fully reimbursed the firm, which had fired him a month after the theft had occurred. Vanderslice also informed the Delaware Office of Disciplinary Counsel of what had happened.
Vanderslice is also president of the Laurel School Board. He was elected to the board last year.
