NEWARK, Del. (AP/WBOC)- Newark police say a man broke into a woman's home and touched her as she slept.
It happened about 4 a.m. on South Chapel Street. Police say the woman woke up in her bedroom and found a man touching her leg. The man fled the home when she woke up.
It was not clear how the man got into the home and nothing was missing.
The man was described having a large build and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head.
