MILFORD, Del.- Police are looking for a group of suspects wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred outside the Milford Senior Center last week.

Milford police said the crime occurred just after midnight Sunday, Oct. 14, in the parking lot of the Park Place Bar and the Milford Senior Center. Investigators said that as a result of an unknown dispute, four to six male suspects armed with handguns chased two male victims on foot from the front entrance of the Park Place Bar to a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Milford Senior Center. A third male victim was already sitting inside the parked vehicle as the two male victims entered the vehicle, according to police.

Police said that as the victims tried to drive away, the suspects began firing shots, which struck the vehicle several times. Investigators said that as a result, the vehicle got into an accident with an unoccupied vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Milford Senior Center.

No one was struck by gunfire and there were no other injuries sustained during the incident. The suspects fled from the area prior to officers' arrival.

According to police, the suspects were described as black males, 18-25 years of age, average builds and wearing dark clothing.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact either Detective Dwight Young or Detective Kathy Getek of the Milford Police Department at (302) 422-8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or www.tipsubmit.com.
