Rehoboth Beach Mayor Issues State of Emergency Proclamation

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Rehoboth Beach Mayor Samuel R. Cooper has issued a state of civil emergency for the city due to the expected impact of Hurricane Sandy. The state of emergency went in to effect at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The state of emergency proclamation gives the city emergency authorization for the protection of lives and property of the city's residents.
