NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County police say officers confiscated nearly 20 pounds of marijuana during a raid. Police say 44 bottles of liquid steroids were also confiscated during the raid Saturday in the Penrose community. Forty-four year old Robert Stultz of Wilmington was arrested and charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia counts. Police say Stultz was arraigned and held after failing to post $71,000 bail.
Police say the growing operation was found after officers responded to a report of a possible domestic incident. In addition to marijuana plants, police say officers found equipment for growing marijuana, including lights, ventilation equipment and fertilizer in the home
