Del. Woman Arrested in Fatal Hit & Run - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

NEWARK, Del. (AP)- A 19-year-old Delaware woman has been charged in a fatal hit & run in Newark two months ago.

Delaware State Police say Brenda M. Nazario, of Bear, was charged on Tuesday and released on bond.

Nazario is accused in a Sept. 25 collision that killed one female pedestrian and injured another. Police say Nazario drove away, refusing to offer help, and told state police later that day she had struck an unknown object on Interstate 95.

No telephone listing could immediately be found for Nazario. She was arraigned and released in $10,000 unsecured bond.
