WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - State officials have ordered the emergency suspension of a Delaware chiropractor's license following his arrest on burglary and peeping charges.
The Board of Chiropractic voted Wednesday to suspend the license of 39-year-old Sean Maas of Wilmington.
Maas was arrested on Nov. 7 by Newark police and charged with burglary, theft, resisting arrest and trespass with intent to peep or peer.
The incident occurred just hours before a scheduling conference was held in a Chancery Court lawsuit in which Maas is being sued by former business partners.
The hearing was held one day after the judge granted a request by lawyers for Maas to withdraw from the case because of irreconcilable differences with Maas and his failure to communicate with them.
