








HARTLEY, Del. (AP) -Delaware State Police arrested two people for having drug-making ingredients in the truck they were riding in.
Police said the two were pulled over Thursday night around 11 p.m. for driving in a Chevrolet pickup truck that didn't have proper tail lights.
Police said the driver, 38-year-old William E. Crouch of Barclay, Md., did not have valid insurance and a passenger, 50-year-old Dale A. Guilfoil of Hartley, Del., was wanted on burglary charges.
Police searching the truck then found ingredients for making methamphetamine in the back of the truck.
