SALISBURY, Md.- The Salisbury Jaycees have announced the following winners of Sunday's 66th annual Salisbury Christmas Parade:
- Best commercial entry – Cato Oil
- Best fire department – Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire Company
- Best youth entry – Salisbury Boys and Girls Club
- Best scout unit – Girl Scout Troop 617
- Best animal unit – Salisbury Kennel Club
- Best Band – Crisfield High School
- Grand Marshal's Award (presented to the entry with the highest overall score) – Salisbury Zoological Society
Winners interested in receiving trophies should email parade@salisburyjc.com to arrange pickup.
Founded in 1940, the Salisbury Jaycees are a community service, social and leadership training organization for men and women ages 21-40 on the Lower Eastern Shore. The Jaycees have sponsored the Salisbury Christmas Parade since 1947.
