CHESTERTOWN, Md.- Washington College's Greg Lee (Haddonfield, NJ/Haddonfield Memorial) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Lee won two individual medals and three relay medals at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational. Lee won the 100 butterfly in 52.47.
In the 200 butterfly, Lee took the bronze with a time of 2:00.13. Lee swam the butterfly leg of the Shoremen's gold-medal winning 400 and 200 medley relay teams, which finished in 3:37.02 and 1:37.20, respectively. Junior swimmer Ellie Miskiel (Gaithersburg, MD/Quince Orchard) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. At the Franklin & Marshall Invitational, Miskiel captured the silver medal in the 200 breaststroke for the Shorewomen with a time of 2:28.30.
Miskiel was also fourth in the 100 breaststroke in a WC season-best 1:09.01 She led off Washington's 800 freestyle relay team with a 2:01.40 leg to become the school's 10th-fastest swimmer ever in the 200 freestyle.
