BALTIMORE (AP)- Maryland Transportation Authority Police say an autopsy on a woman killed along with a 3-year-old in a wrong-way crash found a painkiller and alcohol in her blood.
Police say 21-year-old Victoria DeAngelo of Dundalk entered the outer loop of 695 near exit 1, driving in the wrong direction last month and crashed into an SUV. A 3-year-old in the SUV, Lily Kelley, died. Kelley's mother, Kimberly Taylor, who was driving the SUV, and her 2-month-old sister were hospitalized.
Sgt. Jonathan Green says DeAngelo had a blood-alcohol level of .18 and the autopsy also found a painkiller in her system.
