Del. Man Robbed by Bicyclist

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP)- Delaware State police are looking for a man who rode on a bicycle and grabbed an envelope containing cash from a pedestrian.

It happened about 1:25 p.m. Tuesday on Christiana Road in New Castle. Troopers say a man had left a bank and was carrying an envelope with cash.

Police say a bicyclist rode up, snatched the envelope from the victim's hand and rode off.
