Trio Sought in Dover Armed Robbery

DOVER, Del.- Police are asking the public's help in locating three suspects wanted in connection with the Tuesday night armed robbery of a Dover business.

Dover police said that at around 9:37 p.m., three male suspects armed with handguns entered The Grocery Basket at 301 N. Bradford St. Investigators said the suspects demanded cash, ordered the two employees to lie on the floor before running out of the business with an undetermined amount of cash. Neither of the employees was reported as injured.

According to police, all three suspects were described as black males in their early 20s, between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-9 and average build. One of the suspects was wearing something over his face while another was wearing a black hoodie and red sneakers.
