Main Break Leaves Several Homes in Salisbury Without Water

SALISBURY, Md.- The city of Salisbury reports that shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday, a water main break occurred at 604 Spring Garden Ave., at the intersection of Bryn Mawr Drive.

Salisbury Public Works crews have turned off three valves to contain the water flow until it is repaired.  Currently, 15 homes on Spring Garden Avenue are without water.  There will be one-lane traffic maintained on Spring Garden Avenue.

the water main break is expected to be repaired by 2 p.m. Residents with questions may contact the Public Works Water & Sewer Branch at (410) 548-3105.
