Del. Inmate Walks Away From Correction Center - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 -

DOVER, Del. (AP) - The Delaware Department of Correction says an inmate failed to return to the Morris Community Corrections in Dover.

The department says 42-year-old Jose Vazquez of Wilmington had a pass to leave the facility in order to look for a job. He left Wednesday morning and failed to return later in the day. Vazquez was serving six months on a probation violation. He was originally charged with escaping after conviction.

Officials say Vazquez has a scar on his right forearm and tattoos on his chest and arms.
