Scott William ZalewskiFEDERALSBURG, Md.- Detectives with the Caroline County Sheriff's Office say an investigation has led to the arrest of a Federalsburg man accused of molesting a child as well as posting and distributing sexually explicit photos of the child online.
Scott William Zalewski, 30, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree rape and child pornography-manufacturing and distribution. Police said the charges related to offenses committed in 2009-2010 in Federalsburg.
Following his arrest, Zalewski was ordered held in the Caroline County Detention Center on a full $750,000 bond.
