HEBRON, Md.- Owners of a day care in Hebron are trying to salvage what is left after a early Wednesday morning fire broke out in a newly renovated section of the building.
Hebron Fire Chief David Beach said the blaze broke out shortly after 6 a.m. at "Zoe's Place," located on East Church Street. No children were inside the building at the time of the fire.
There were no reported injuries. The estimated cost of damage is not yet known.
Beach said it is believed the fire was accidental and electrical issues may have been the cause of the fire. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office continues to investigate the incident.
