Dagsboro Man Arrested for Dealing Drugs

DAGSBORO, Del.- Delaware State Police say a several month investigation has led to the arrest of a Dagsboro man on multiple drug dealing charges.

Thirty-one-year-old Franklin Blunt was taken into custody Monday afternoon near his home on Coffin Lane. Police said that at the time of his arrest Blunt was in the possession of 15 bags of suspected heroin totaling approximately .4 grams, 10 morphine pills, five Oxycodone pills, and three Alprozolam along with other items of drug paraphernalia.

Blunt was charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Sussex Correctional Institution on $44,000 secured bond.
