FINKSBURG, Md. (AP) - The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says a 29-year-old man was killed when he fled police in his truck and crashed the vehicle in Finksburg.

Authorities say at about 6:25 a.m. Monday, a deputy saw a truck speeding in Finksburg. Police say the driver failed to stop when the deputy activated his emergency lights.
