Milford Teen Arrested for Rape

MILFORD Del.- Milford police have arrested a 17-year-old boy following allegations that he sexually assaulted his 13-year-old female relative. 

The suspect was taken into custody on Monday and charged with two counts of second-degree-rape and incest.  

Police said the 17-year-old engaged in sexual activity with the victim on numerous occasions. The sexual incidents are alleged to have occurred at a home in Milford.

The suspect is being held on a $50,000 secured bond at the Stevenson House Detention Center in Milford.  

Investigators said additional charges may follow as the case is still under investigation.
